Mungkin semua orang tahu bahwa penyebab utama perubahan iklim adalah meningkatnya konsentrasi gas rumah kaca (GRK) di udara yang menyebabkan temperatur di permukaan bumi meningkat.

Hampir semua negara di dunia berusaha untuk menurunkan emisi GRK-nya masing-masing walau dengan perdebatan yang cukup alot mengenai besaran yang harus diturunkan. Dan, menurut hemat saya, hal tersebut cukup sulit karena banyak faktor yang harus dipantau dan dievaluasi, serta yang jelas harus ilmiah.

Kita mungkin paham bahwa hutan kita adalah paru-paru dunia dengan kemampuannya menyerap karbon dioksida (CO) sehingga kita berusaha untuk menjaga hutan agar tetap hijau dan menghijaukan area terbuka.

Namun, belum banyak yang paham bahwa perairan kita yang sangat luas itu juga memiliki potensi dalam mengatur kesetimbangan CO di atmosfer. Potensinya adalah dapat sebagai penyimpan dan atau penyumbang CO. Tetapi, kita belum tahu persis potensi yang mana yang kita miliki.

Ekosistem perairan

Proses lahirnya hari jadi Kabupaten Ciamis, diawali dengan keluarnya Surat Keputusan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Ciamis tanggal 6 oktober 1970 nomor: 36/x/kpts/DPRD/1970 dan nomor : 5/ll/kpts/DPRD/1971, tentang pembentukan panitia penyusunan sejarah Galuh, yang dalam pelaksaannya panitia tersebut didampingi oleh tim ahli sejarah ikip bandung, yang dipimpin oleh drs. Rd.h. Said Raksanegara. Dibentuknya panitia penyusunan sejarah Galuh, dimaksudkan untuk menelusuri dan mengkaji sejarah Galuh secara menyeluruh, mengingat terdapat beberapa alternatif didalam menetapkan hari jadi tersebut, apakah akan memaka! Titimangsa rahyangta di medangjati yaitu mulai berdirinya kerajaan Galuh oleh wretikkandayun tanggal 23 maret 612 m atau zaman Rakean Jamri yang juga disebut raiyang sanjaya sebelum sang manarah berkuasa, atau akan mengambil tanggal dan tahun dari peristiwa peristiwa, sebagai berikut :

1. digantinya nama kabupaten Galuh menjadi Kabupaten Ciamis oleh Bupati Rd. Tumenggung Sastra Winata pada tahun 1916;
2.pindahnya pusat pemerintahan dari imbanagara ke cibatu (ciamis) oleh bupati rd. Aa wiradikusumah padatanggal 15 januari 1815;
3.atau berpindahnya pusat kabupaten Galuh dari garatengah yang letaknya di sekitar Cineam (Tasikmalaya) ke Barunay (Imbanagara) pada tangal 12 juni 1642.

Hasil kerja keras panitia penyusun se]arah Galuh dan tim ahli sejarah IKIP Bandung, akhirnya menyimpulkan bahwa hari jadi Kabupaten Ciamis jatuh pada tanggal 12 juni 1642, yang kemudian dikukuhkan dengan surat keputusan dewan perwakilan rakyat daerah Kabupaten Ciamis tanggal 17 mel 1972 nomor: 22/v/kpts/DPRD/ 1972.

dengan keputusan DPRD tersebut, diharapkan teka -teki mengenai hari jadi Kabupaten Ciamis tidak dipertentangkan lagi dan juga diharapkan seluruh masyarakat mengetahui, sehingga akan lebih bersemangat untuk membangun tatar Galuh ini, sejalan dengan moto juang Kabupaten Ciamis, yaitu :

Pakena gawe rahavu pakeun heubeul jaya dinabuana untuk mengejar / mewujudkan mahayunan ayuna kadatuan. Kata Galuh berasal dari bahasa sansekerta, yang berarti batu permata, kerajaan Galuh berarti kerajaan batu permata yang indah gemerlapan, subur makmur gemah ripah loh jinawi, aman tentram kertaraharja. Dari sejarah terungkap bahwa pendiri kerajaan Galuh adalah Wretikkandayun, ia adalah putra bungsu dari Kandiawan yang memerintah Kerajaan Kendan selama 15 tahun ( 597 — 612) yang kemudian menjadi pertapa di Layungwatang (daerah Kuningan) dan bergelar Rajawesi Dewaraja atau Sang Layungwatang. Wretikkandayun berkedudukan di Medangjati, tetapi ia mendirikan pusat pemerintahan yang baru dan diberi nama Galuh (yang lokasinya kurang lebih di desa karangkamulyan sekarang). Ia dinobatkan pada tanggal 14 Suklapaksa Bulan Caitra tahun 134 caka (kira - kira 23 maret 612 Masehi). Tanggal tersebut dipilihnya benar-benar menurut tradisi Tarumanagara, karena tidak saja dilakukan pada hari purnama melainkan juga pada tanggal itu matahari terbit tepat di titik timur.

Tujuan wretikkandayun membangun pusat pemerintahan di daerah Karangkamulyan (sekarang) adalah untuk membebaskan diri dari Tarumanagara, yang selama itu menjadi negara “adikuasa”. Oleh karena itu demi mewujudkan obsesinya ia menjalin hubungan balk dengan kerajaan kalingga di jawa tengah, bahkan putra bungsunya mandi minyak di jodohkan dengan Parwati putri Sulung Maharanissima. Kesempatan. Untuk menjadi negara yang berdaulat penuh, terjadi pada tahun 669 ketika Linggawarman (666 — 669) Raja Tarumanagara yang ke 12 wafat. Ia digantikan oleh menantunya (suami Dwi Manasih) bernama terus bawa yang berasal dari Kerajaan Sunda Sumbawa. Terus bawa inilah yang pada saat penobatannya tanggal 9 suklapaksa bulan yosta tahun 951 caka (kira-kira 17 Mei 669 Masehi), ia mengubah kerajaan Tarumanagara menjadi negara sunda. masa kerajaan Galuh berakhir kira-kira tahun 1333 Masehi ketika RajA Ajiguna Lingga Wisesa atau Sang Dumahing Kending (1333 — 1340) mulai bertahta di Kawali, sedangkan kakaknya Prabu Citragada atau Sang Dumahing Tanjung bertahta di Pakuan Pajajaran.

Lingga Wisesa adailah Kakek Maharaja Linggabuana yang gugur pada perang bubat tahun 1357, yang kemudian diberi gelar Prabu Wangi. Ia gugur bersama putri sulungnya Citra Resmi atau Diah Pitaloka. Diah Pitaloka mempunyai adik laki — laki yang bernama Wastu Kancana dan diberi umur panjang. ketika perang bubat berlangsung, Wastu Kancana baru berusia 9 tahun dibawah bimbingan pamannya yaitu Mangkubumi Suradipati alias Sang Bumi Sora atau batara guru di Jampang, Wastu Kancana berkembang menjadi seorang calon raja yang seimbang keluhuran budinya lahir bathin, sepeti tersebut pada wasiatnya yang tertulis pada prasasti Kawali yaitu :

Negara akan jaya dan unggul perang bila rakyat berada dalam kesejahteraan (kareta beber).

Raja harus selalu berbuat kebajikan (pakena gawe rahayu).

Itulah syarat yang menurut wasiatnya untuk dapat pakeun heubeul jaya dina buana, akeuna nanjeur najuritan untuk menuju mahayunan ayuna kadatuan. Pada masa pemerintahan Prabu Niskala Wastu Kancana negara dan rakyatnya berada dalam keadaan aman tenteram kertaraharja, para abdi dalem patuh dan taat terhadap peraturan ratu yang dilandasi oleh purbastiti dan purbajati. Wastu Kancana mempunyai dua orang isteri, yaitu larasati (puteri resi susuk lampung) dan mayangsari. Putra sulung dari larasati yang bernama sang halimun diangkat menjadi penguasa kerajaan sunda berkedudukan di pakuan pajajaran pada tahun 1382. Dari mayangsari Wastu Kancana mempunyai empat orang putera yaitu Ningrat Kencana, Surawijaya, Gedeng Sindangkasih dan Gedeng Tapa. Ningrat Kencana diangkat menjadi mangkubumi di kawali dengan gelar surawisesa.

Wastu Kancana wafat pada tahun 1475 dan digantian oleh Ningrat Kencana dengan gelar prabu dewa niskala berkedudukan di Kawali, yang hanya menguasai kerajaan Galuh, karena kerajaan sunda dikuasai oleh kakaknya yaitu sang halimun yang bergelar prabu susuk tunggal. Dengan wafatnya wastu kancana, maka berakhirlah periode kawali yang berlangsung selama 142 tahun (1333 — 1475). Dalam periode tersebut. Kawali menjadi pusat pemerintahan dan keraton surawisesa menjadi persemayaman raja-rajanya terlebih lagi sribaduga maharatu haji sebagai pewaris terakhir tahta kerajaan Galuh dari ayahnya dewa niskala yang pusat kerajaanya di keraton surawisesa pindah ke pakuan pajajaran (bogor sekarang) untuk merangkap jabatan menjadi raja sunda yang dianugerahkan dari mertuanya, maka sejak itu Galuh sunda bersatu kembali menjadi pakuan pajajaran dibawah kekuasaan sri baduga maharaja ratu haji di pakuan pajajaran sri sang ratu dewata yang kini lazim disebut prabu siliwangi.

Penanggalan pada zaman kerajaan Galuh bihari nampaknya kurang tepat bila dijadikan penanggalan hari jadi Kabupaten Ciamis, karena luas teritorialnya sangat jauh berbeda dengan keadaan Kabupaten Ciamis sekarang. Nama kerajaan Galuh baru muncul tahun 1595, yang sejak itu mulai masuk kekuasan mataram. Adapun batas-batas kekuasaannya sebaga!

di sebelah timur, Sungai Citanduy

di sebelah barat, galunggung Sukapura;

Di Sebelah Utara, Sumedang Dan cirebon; Sungai Citanduy;

Di sebelah selatan, Samudera Hindia.

Daerah - daerah Majenang, Dayeuh Luhur dan Pagadingan termasuk juga daerah Galuh masa itu ( menurut dr. F. Dehaan) dan ternyata dari segi adat istiadat dan bahasa masih banyak kesamaan dengan tatar pasundan terutama sekali di daerah pegunungan. Kerajaan Galuh pada saat itu terbagi menjadi beberapa pusat kekuasaan yang dipimpin oleh raja - raja kecil ( Kandaga Lante ), yang kemudian dianggap sederajat dengan bupati yang antara satu dengan yang lainnya masih mempunyai hubungan darah mempunyai perkawinan. Pusat—pusat kekuasaan tersebut berada di wilayah cibatu, Garatengah, Imbanagara, Panjalu, Kawali, Utama (Ciancang), Kertabumi (Bojonglopang ) Dan Kawasen (Desa Banjarsari).

Pengangkatan tersebut menyulut perselisihan faham antara dipati panaekan dengan adipati kertabumi yang berakhir dengan tewasnya adipati panaekan. Jenazahnya dihanyutkan ke sungai citanduy dan dimakamkan di pasarean karangkamulyan. Sebagai penggantinya ditunjuk adipati Imbanagara yang pada waktu itu berkedudukan di Garatengah (Cineam-Tasikmalaya). Usaha sultan agung untuk melenyapkan kekuasaan voc di batavia pada penyerangan pertama mendapat dukungan penuh dari adipati ukur, walaupun pada penyerangan itu gagal.

Pada penyerangan kedua ke batavia, dipati ukur mempergunakan kesempatan tersebut untuk membebaskan daerah ukur dan sekitarnya dari pengaruh kekuasaan mataram. Politik dipati ukur tersebut harus dibayar mahal , yaitu dengan terbunuhnya dipati imbanagara ( yang dianggap tidak setia lag! Kepada mataram ) oleh utusan mataram yang dipenggal kepalanya dan dibawa ke mataram sebaga! Barang bukti. Sedangkan badannya dimakamkan di bolenglang (kertasari). Tetapi kepala dipati imbanagara dapat direbut lagi oleh para pengikutnya walaupun terjatuh di sungat citanduy, yang kemudian tempat jatuhnya disebut leuwi panten. Kedudukan dipati imbanagara selanjutnya digantikan oleh puteranya yang bernama mas bongsar atau raden yogaswara dan atas jasa-jasanya dianugerahi gelar raden adipati panji jayanegara.

Pada masa pemerintahan raden Adipati Panji Jayanegara, pusat kekuasaan pemerintahan dipindahkan dari garatengah ke Calingging yang kemudian dipindahkan lag! Ke Barunay ( imbanagara sekarang ), pada tanggal 14 maulud atau pada tanggal 12 juni 1642 m. Perpindahan pusat kabupaten Galuh dari garatengah ke imbanagara, mempunyai arti penting dan makna yang sangat dalam bagi perkembangan kabupaten Galuh berikutnya dan merupakan era baru pemerintahan Galuh menuju terwujudnya Kabupaten Ciamis dikemudian hari, karena :

Peristiwa tersebut membawa akibat yang positif terhadap perkembangan pemerintahan maupun kehidupan masyarakat kabupaten Galuh yang mempunyai batas teritorial yang pasti dan terbentuknya sentralisasi pemerintahan.
Perubahan tersebut mempunyai unsur perjuangan dari pemegang pimpinan kekuasaan terhadap upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan rakyatnya dan adanya usaha memerdekakan kebebasan rakyatnya dari kekuasaan penjajah.
Kabupaten Galuh dibawah pemerintahan bupati rd. Adipati arya panji jayanegara mampu menyatukan wilayah Galuh yang merdeka dan berdaulat tanpa kekerasan.
Adanya pengakuan terhadap kekuasaan mataram dari kabupaten Galuh semata-mata dalam upaya memerangi penjajah (voc) dan hidup berdampingan secara damai
Sejarah perkembangan kabupaten Galuh tidak dapat dipisahkan dari sejarah terbentuknya Kabupaten Ciamis itu sendiri. Dirubahnya nama kabupaten Galuh menjadi Kabupaten Ciamis pada tahun 1916 oleh bupati rd. Tumenggung satrawinata (bupati ke 18) sampa! Sekarang belum terungkap alasannya merupakan fakta sejarah yang tidak bisa dipungkiri dan dihindari.

Atas pertimbangan itulah dewan perwakilan rakyat daerah kabupaten daerah tingkat ii ciamis dalam sidang paripurna khusus tanggal 17 mel 1972 dengan surat keputusannya, sepakat untuk menetapkan tanggal 12 juni 1642 sebagai hari jadi Kabupaten Ciamis. Mbah Surip menghembuskan nafas terakhir di rumah Mamiek Srimulat di Kampung Makassar, Jakarta Timur. Saat datang ke rumah Mamiek pada hari Senin, wajah Mbah Surip sudah tampak pucat akibat banyaknya job mangung dan wawancara.

Semakin sore wajah pelantun lagu 'Tak Gendong' ini makin pucat. Akhirnya Mamiek memanggil dr Boy tinggal di sekitar rumah Mamiek. Mbah kecapaian dan perutnya kembung.

Ada satu keinginan Mbah Surip sebelum meninggal dunia. Penyanyi lagu 'Tak Gendong' itu ingin dimakamkan di pemakaman milik WS Rendra, Bengkel Teater WS Rendra.
Apakah keinginan itu akan terwujud? Belum pasti karena keluarga Mbah Surip ingin pria berambut gimbal itu dimakamkan di kampung halamannya, Mojokerto, Jawa Timur.

Sebelumnya, rekan Mbah Surip, Slamet mengatakan, seniman nyentrik itu ingin dimakamkan di pemakaman milik WS Rendra tersebut. Namun hal itu masih menunggu keputusan keluarga dari Mojokerto yang sedang dalam perjalaan ke Jakarta.

Mbah Surip meninggal dunia pada pukul 10.30 WIB. Mbah Surip tiba di RS Dik Pusdikkes telah meninggal dunia. Diduga dia mengalami gagal jantung dan dehidrasi.

After seven seconds the motors cut out and nine seconds later the motors, which are attached to the booster skirt, are detached. The capsule with the astronauts inside is re-orientated and slowed with parachutes. The command module is then released from this capsule, its four main parachutes are deployed and the astronauts float safely to the ground. The whole complicated process takes just under one minute.

The system has been devised as a possible alternative to the Orion abort system, which will be used on Nasa’s Orion crew exploration vehicle.

The Orion spacecraft is set to fly to the International Space Station in 2015, five years after the current space shuttles are decommissioned. It is hoped it will then take the next generation of astronauts to the Moon to live and work.

While MLAS is not intended to replace the Orion abort system, it will provide engineers with more experience in testing spacecraft and has already sparked new ideas of how to design more aerodynamic vehicles.

Jenderal TNI Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (lahir 9 September 1949 di Pacitan, Jawa Timur). Karier militernya terhenti ketika ia diangkat Presiden Abdurrahman Wahid sebagai Menteri Pertambangan dan Energi pada tahun 1999. Ia juga menjadi salah seorang pendiri Partai Demokrat. Pangkat terakhir Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono adalah Jenderal TNI sebelum pensiun pada tanggal 25 September 2000. Di masyarakat Yudhoyono populer dengan nama "SBY". SBY lahir di lingkungan sebuah Pondok Pesantren Tremas, yang jaraknya 15 kilometer dari Kota Pacitan, Jawa Timur. Ibunya Siti Habibah putri salah seorang pendiri Pondok Pesantren Tremas, dan ayahnya, R Soekotjo adalah seorang bintara Angkatan Darat yang bertugas di Koramil di kecamatan berbeda.
SBY sekolah di Sekolah Rakyat Desa Purwoasri, Kecamatan Kebonagung dan lulus dari sekolah SR dengan nilai terbaik pada tahun 1962. Kemudian ia melanjutkan ke SMP Negeri Pacitan, terletak di selatan alun-alun. Ini adalah sekolah idola bagi anak-anak Kota Pacitan. SBY aktif di Pijar Sena sebuah kompi pelajar serbaguna. SBY juga menjadi editor, menulis artikel seputar sekolah, puisi, hingga menulis cerpen di majalah dinding sekolah. Kegiatan-kegiatan itu masih berlanjut saat ia di SMA 271, sebutan untuk SMA Negeri Pacitan hingga ia lulus dari SMA tahun 1968.
Setelah SMA, SBY meneruskan ke Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Lanjutan Pertama (PG-SLP) di Malang, Jawa Timur. Di Malang, ia mempersiapkan fisik, mental, dan intelektualnya agar tahun depan bisa lulus ujian penyaringan Akabri tingkat daerah di Jawa Timur, dan tingkat pusat di Bandung. Menjelang akhir tahun 1969 SBY mendaftar di Malang lalu pergi tes lanjutan di Bandung. Ia berhasil lulus dan dikirim ke Magelang untuk mengikuti pendidikan awal tahun 1970.
Pada 11 Desember 1973 SBY mengakhiri masa pendidikan akademi militer sebagai lulusan terbaik dan menyandang pangkat letnan dua infantri. Ia juga mendapat penghargaan Bintang Adhi Makayasa. Artinya, sebagai yang terbaik atau setara dengan summa cum laude dari antara teman seangkatan di segala hal. Mulai hal kepribadian, fisik, mental, dan akademis.
Sesudah berpangkat Letnan Satu SBY tahun 1976 terpilih mengikuti pendidikan Ranger School dan Airborne School di Fort Benning, Amerika Serikat. Ketika SBY telah bertugas di Mabes TNI-AD yang berpangkat kapten infantri, ia mendapat kesempatan kembali untuk sekolah ke Amerika Serikat pada tahun 1982-1983. Dia juga mengikuti kursus infantery officer advanced course sekaligus mengikuti praktek kerja on the job training di Divisi 82 Lintas Udara Angkatan Darat AS, tahun 1983.
Pada Oktober 1999 sebagai Kaster TNI jenderal berbintang tiga, SBY diminta presiden Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) untuk menjabat Menteri Pertambangan dan Energi (Mentamben) pada Kabinet Persatuan Nasional. Tidak lama menjabat Mentamben ia dipromosikan menjadi Menko Polsoskam menggantikan pejabat lama Wiranto yang mengundurkan diri. Pada 10 Agustus 2001 di masa pemerintahan Megawati Soekarnoputri, SBY diangkat menjadi Menteri Koordinator Politik dan Keamanan (Menko Polkam) pada Kabinet Gotong Royong.
SBY menjadi Presiden Indonesia yang ke-6, terpilih dalam pemilihan umum secara langsung oleh rakyat pertama kali Pemilu 2004. Ia mulai menjabat pada tanggal 20 Oktober 2004 bersama Jusuf Kalla sebagai wakil presiden Indonesia.

YOGYAKARTA - Pelestarian nilai-nilai kepahlawanan, keperintisan dan kesetiakawanan sosial yang bercirikan cinta tanah air, rela berkorban, percaya diri pada kemampuan sendiri, serta keuletan dan bertanggungjawab yang tinggi, masih sangat relevan dan diperlukan dalam perkembangan pembangunan sumber daya manusia (SDM) saat ini.

Demikian dikemukakan Kepala Dinas Sosial Provinsi DIY, Drs. Ikmal Hafzi, ketika membuka Bimbingan Pelestaian Nilai-nilai Kepahlawanan, Keperintisan dan Kesetiakawanan Sosial bagi Guru SD dan SMP se Provinsi DIY, di Hotel Brongto, Yogyakarta, Kamis (28/6) pagi.

Menurut Ikmal, perkembangan teknologi dan globalisasi informasi sangat berpengaruh dan berakibat pada terjadinya per

geseran tata nilai. Sehingga ada kecenderungan nilai-nilai kepahlawanan, keperintisan dan kesetiakawanan sosial mengalami penurunan dalam pengamalannya.

“Sehubungan dengan hal tesebut dalam melanjutkan pembangunan, perlunya generasi muda dan generasi penerus dibekali. Untuk menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai kepahlawanan, keperintisan dan kesetiakawanan sosial dengan penuh kebanggan dapat diamalkan dalam kehidupan sehari di berbagai kegiatn pembangunan yang kita laksanakan,” katanya.

Bagi kalian yang belum mengetahui apa itu PTC (paid to click), Paid To Click adalah sebuah program yang membayar kita untuk setiap iklan yang kita klik, biasanya sih antara 1 sampai 2 sen untuk setiap iklan yang kita klik. Program seperti ini memang rasanya terdengar kurang masuk akal, karena terlalu mudah kalau dipikir-pikir, coba saja, dibayar hanya untuk mengklik iklan ??

Tetapi setelah dicoba ternyata tidak semudah yang kita bayangkan, ceritanya kemarin saya iseng mengikuti sebuah program paid to click, saya pilih sebuah program paid to click yang namanya cukup sering saya dengar atau lihat di artikel-artikel di internet yaitu Bux.to.

Di Bux.to kita dibayar 1 sen untuk setiap iklan yang kita klik, setiap harinya rata-rata ada 30 iklan yang bisa kita klik, itu berarti setiap hari kita bisa menghasilkan $0.30, sedangkan minimum payout Bux.to ini adalah $50. Jadi hitung-hitungannya untuk mendapatkan penghasilan pertama kita dari Bux.to ini butuh waktu sekitar 167 hari atau sekitar 5.5 bulan, hmm.. cukup lama ternyata untuk menghasilkan uang sebesar $50 atau sekitar Rp.525,000 di Bux.to ini ya.

Rahasia agar kita bisa cepat menghasilkan dari program seperti Bux.to ini adalah referral, ya referral.. karena Bux.to membayar kita 1 sen juga untuk setiap iklan yang di-klik oleh referral kita. Itu berarti jika kita punya 10 refferal yang aktif meng-klik iklan di Bux.to maka kita mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan sebesar $3 setiap harinya, makanya tidak heran banyak orang yang menulis artikel tentang program-program seperti ini di blog mereka dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan referral sebanyak-banyaknya.

Dan untuk Bux.to sendiri saya belum bisa kasih komentar karena saya baru daftar dan penghasilan saya belum memenuhi syarat minimun payout mereka. Jadi belum mendapatkan bukti apakah Bux.to ini membayar atau tidak.
